Reintroducing Brighton
Resetting the Standard
Brighton Dental is a multi-location dental practice providing a full range of oral care services, from routine check-ups and preventive care to restorative and cosmetic treatments.
Reintroducing Brighton
Overview
Brighton Dental was once a familiar name , the kind people recognized without a second thought. But over time, the landscape changed. New clinics began to stand out with cleaner spaces, clearer messaging, and a stronger presence online. The quality of care at Brighton never slipped. What changed was how people saw it. We were brought in to close that gap. Not just to refresh how it looked, but to rethink how it shows up in the market.
Brighton Dental is a dental company that experienced a weakened brand over time due to neglect. While the business retained a team of qualified, certified dentists across its locations, its identity and communication no longer reflected the quality of care it provided.

Reintroducing Brighton
The Challenge
The brand felt outdated, with an inconsistent identity across locations and generic messaging. Internally, there was no clear direction, as each location operated independently without a shared standard or strong point of view.

Reintroducing Brighton
The Solution
We started by getting honest about where Brighton stood. Not where they thought they were. We approached the project as a close partnership with the Brighton Dental team, working hand-in-hand with the owners and key stakeholders to understand both the realities of the business today and where they wanted to take it next.

Brand Design Brand Positioning Visual Identity Systems

Through series of working sessions and open conversations, we gathered honest insights, what was working, what wasn’t, and how they wanted patients to experience the brand moving forward. From there, we co-developed a clearer direction for the brand. Finally, we helped bring everything together into a unified system that all locations could adopt, creating a shared standard across the business.
